Allods Online Becomes Available for Russian Players Starting October 1, 2009

Astrum Nival announces today that open beta servers of Allods Online, an award-winning free-to-play massively multiplayer online role-play game (MMORPG), are now available for Russian speaking players.

Today at 12:00pm Moscow time, the first PvP and PvE servers of Allods Online have been commercially launched. At the same time, Allods Online arrived to the stores in all regions of Russia and CIS.

Currently, Allods Online is available in two packages: an economy pack and the limited DVD-ROM edition, allowing players to get one of the unique virtual items referenced to the popular Allods series of PC games (known internationally as Rage of Mages), and also 1,500 crystals for the Item Shop.

Allods Online bring players into a magical world of Sarnaut, the planet broken into Allods, the mysterious islands and continents floating in the Astral, the dangerous and constantly changing magical space. Allods Online features the Astral exploration on the flying astral ships controlled by groups of the six players, combats with dangerous astral demons and opportunity to become a rampant pirate attacking the ships of other astral travelers.

Allods Online combines space opera features with the classical fantasy MMORPG gameplay that fans of the genre’s most successful titles can enjoy--two factions at war, six races, eight archetypes, twenty eight classes, hundreds of skills, over 1,500 quests and an expansive and compelling world, it is set to win the hearts of gamers worldwide.
