Detailed rules of tournament

Please be aware that in order to participate in the tournament you should register. For registration, please e-mail your nickname (login on the Master-server), your country and the convinient time for playing to fighter-lord@mail.ru and duplicate your request at this forum thread.

1. The number of participants - from 8 to 16 or more.

2. The fighting mode - Duel

3. Formula - team group stages. 1\4 of the final, 1\2 of the final, the final - in 2 matches.

4. The number of stages - will be determined after completing the registration, 1 stage per 1 week.

5. The time of the game - from Monday till Saturday, from 6 p.m. till 10 p.m. (according to Moscow time) or other at the discretion of participants. Sunday - a reserve day.

6. The number of battles - at every stage the participants have 2 battles with every participant of his(her) group

7. The winners - the first 2 people who take the 1st and the 2nd places.

Look below below for more detailed information.

8. The kind of participants - At each stage everyone plays with one of a decks, created by the players (structure of the deck is described below). A deck is allowed to be used for the second time only after all decks are used.

9. The structure of decks - every participant must have one deck for every race with no more than 6 colorless spells.

10. The number of rounds - one battle consists of 3 rounds

11. Charge of points:

  • With the score 3:0 (2:0) the winner gets 3 points, the loser gets nothing (0)
  • with the score 2:1 - the winner gets 2 points, the loser gets 1 point
  • If two participants have a draw - both get 1 point.
If there are persons with the same amount of points, their place in the group will be determined according to personal discussions. All the personal scores are cleared when moving to the next stage.

12. Disconnections - if there is a disconnection in the first round, the participants have to fight again. If disconnection takes place in the 2nd or in the 3d round, the person who remains in the game makes a decision where to refight or not. For instance, if the player X fights with the player Y, the 1st round is finished, and the player X has a disconnection, then the player Y is to decide whether there will be another battle. If the player Y refuses to fight again, every round that hasn't taken place is considered to be lost by a disconnected person. The points of the last played battle stay the same. For example: if the player Y wins the 1st round, he\she gets 3 points, then if there is a disconnection of the player X and the player Y refuses to refight, the player Y gets 3 points, the player Y gets 0 points; if the Y loses the 1st round with the same further conditions, he gets 2 points, the X gets 1 point.

13. Place of tournament - Training mode on MS.

14. If there is a failure to appear - if one or both participants haven't appeared at the battle, the battle is put off till 6 p.m. on Sunday. At that time I come to the server and if there are no player(s), I announce a technical defeat: 3:0 if one player is present or 0:0 if neither is present.

15. The structure of groups in the beginning will be determined by casting lots. At each new stage the structure of groups will be defined also by lots, but participants of one group at the previous stage will be split assigned into different groups on the following stage.

16. Replay - the participants have to save replays during a tournament. If there is an argument between players, they send replays to me. Interesting replays can be put on the forum if you want.
If you wish you may take interesting replays out on the forum.
17. The results - to confirm battle result, the participants must send me the results on the e-mail: fighter-lord@mail.ru. It is also recommendable to duplicate results at the forum.
