Patch v. 1.06

Patch v. 1.06 the Evil Islands UK version removes bugs in the multiplayer game mode which resulted in the incorrect server list refresh of the Master-server, incorrect issue and sorting of quests, and incorrect visual representation of a character during character generation. Patch version 1.06 also introduces a number of improvements into the single player game.
