| Silent Storm was included in “PC Gamer recommends” column of the May issue of the American PC Gamer edition. The heading to the column says: “Recent reviews have unearthed gaming gems. If you haven’t played ‘em, get to it”. Silent Storm, rated with 83%, has got the credit as “Fully destructible environments make this squad-based tactical strategy game a big surprise”. Nival fully agrees with such estimation - and take our word, there are more surprises to come with the Silent Storm: Sentinels.

The accompanying review is more than a review, it's a love story, where the author Matt Hart reveals his gaming experience in a step by step manner, starting with "I remember the exact moment I fell in love with Silent Storm...". | Fresh Silent Storm reviews were posted throughout the Net. Wargamer.com, that granted Silent Storm with Reader’s Choice Bronze Award, has come with a detailed, 5-page-long review of the game. Its author Michael Eckenfels gives a close look to all the aspects of Silent Storm and concludes that “This game is a giant in turn-based tactical combat, easily taking over the reins of previous classics and in the process, defining new boundaries”. Another review was posted at Digital Entertainment by Jake McNeil. He granted the game with the score of 8 out of 10, defining Silent Storm as follows: “It's unique and original, it's deep, it has a decent number of options, it's graphically impressive, and it boasts some wonderful detail in the most unexpected places”.
